Klehomerie (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. This notice outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

This notice is informational. It does not itself constitute your consent. Where we rely on consent, that consent is collected separately, is entirely optional, and may be withdrawn at any time without any effect on your Service Agreement or the services you receive.

Where Klehomerie uses cloud-based tools (such as Google Workspace) to store or process your data, any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area is carried out under appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.

We retain your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship. After termination, data is kept only for the period required by Greek tax and accounting legislation (typically five to ten years) or to resolve legal disputes, after which it is securely deleted.

Keys, alarm codes, and access credentials are returned or destroyed within 30 days of termination, regardless of the retention period applying to other records.
