Third-Party Liability: Klehomerie acts as an intermediary for third-party vendors (e.g., artisans, plumbers, electricians). We bear no liability for their acts or omissions, provided we exercised due professional care in selecting licensed vendors at engagement.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee rental yields, sale outcomes, or property performance. Services exclude force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

Under an active Service Agreement, Klehomerie may execute emergency repairs up to €150 (+VAT) per incident without prior approval, solely to ensure asset safety or habitability. Clients will be notified promptly thereafter.
